This website is operated by Stable Rock Construction LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Miami, Florida, providing roofing, general construction, plumbing, mechanical/HVAC, impact windows and doors, and remodeling services across South Florida and the Florida Keys.

3. Enquiries and quotes

Information on this site is for general guidance. Nothing here is a binding offer or a guaranteed price. Any quote we give is subject to a site visit and a written agreement.

4. Opt in & SMS messaging

Providing your information on our contact form gives Stable Rock Construction LLC permission to communicate with you by email or phone to respond to your enquiry and relay information relevant to your project. Separately, we offer an SMS messaging program for customers who voluntarily opt in to receive text messages. You provide consent by selecting an optional, unchecked SMS consent checkbox on the contact form located at stablerockconstruction.com. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent — you must actively select the SMS opt-in checkbox to receive text messages.

The SMS program includes appointment confirmations, reminders, responses to inquiries, customer support communications, and promotional messages for users who separately agree to receive marketing texts. Message frequency varies based on customer interaction but typically ranges from 1–4 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service. Stable Rock Construction LLC does not sell or share mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
